Obama now has over 12 percent of the Trilateral Commission U.S. membership in top government posts, including Secretary of the Treasury, Ambassador to the U.N., National Security Adviser, Director of National Intelligence and others. This follows the precedent set as far back as the presidency of Jimmy Carter in 1976.
When President Ronald Reagan entered the Oval Office in early 1981, August’s formal publishing activities ground to a halt. Conservative supporters figured that “Ronnie” would purge the Trilateral threat. Liberal supporters felt so defeated that they just gave up.
